Being dragged into the woods by a team leader with a gas-gun and told to shoot rainbows at anyone who comes near you might not be everyone's cuppa, but if you're not the nervy type, this is much better day out than its 'stag party' reputation would suggest. A day ticket comes with all the necessary equipment for an all-out multicoloured warfare, along with a two-course meal. Sounds excellent value, but apparently not everything is included. They are keen to stress that you will need to bring your own shoes. Probably the same with underpants too.
