ASK!
ASK! restaurants tend to be enticing, good value places, and Bristol's baby is no different. Firstly, put your prejudices aside. It is no secret that most chain eateries often sacrifice quality for a speedy, feed-the-customer-and-get-him-the-hell-out service. Not so here. This Italian is a pretty, buzzing little joint, with a broad menu and a decent standard of service. The pizzas get the stone-baked treatment, the deserts make you slobber over them before you've even started, and the policy of 'communication' (ie, just ASK!) means they fully encourage you to modify your meal.
