Indian Ocean
This tasty joint lives up to its name magnificently. It's warm, colourful, and you'll fancy stripping off when you're in there. Hopefully you won't though, because it's also a civilized establishment, serving up super-hot grub that might burn your nipples. The kormas are chunky, the side dishes are generous, the waiting staff give you a smile and a wink even if you don't order much (a rarity in Bristol) and there's a healthy discount for takeaways. Also, it beats the biriani out of the Indian restaurant over the road.
