You've got to hand it to Fopp – they're onto a serious winner. They stock loads of cheap CDs and DVDs, knowing that the good people of Britain just cannot turn down a bargain. You go in, pick up many an album you'd forgotten you wanted, and by the time you get to the till you realise that you're clutching hundreds of them, most of which you probably own already. But it's ok because they're only a fiver each. Funnily enough your wallet still takes a hammering, but somehow it just doesn't seem as painful when you're carrying more musical booty than Destiny's Child combined.
