Caffe Gusto
Not only is Gusto a resounding hit in the fair city of Bristol; it's also rather a lot of fun if you want to play around with your food. Make up for all those times that you wanted a pesto and pineapple panini but were cruelly denied it by the oppressive rules of social convention. This place will allow you to choose whatever you like, however you like; as part of a sandwich, salad, bagel, bun, or a belly dancer (subject to availability, ask them for an explanation). Plus, their frankly ingenious selection of smoothies really hit that Itchy spot of ours hard and fast.
