St Werburghs City Farm Café
Indulge your inner child and spend Sunday afternoon at the farm. It may be slightly off the beaten track but it's completely worth the time and effort. It's totally free and a complete breath of fresh air (quite literally in fact). The farm has all your usual creatures – sheep, goats, big fat pigs, chickens and ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs – and some very cute lambs if you visit in early spring. Once you've petted all the aforementioned creatures, there's a café over the road that serves post-farm tea, coffee, cake and lunch. Don't forget to wash your hands though.
