Browns Bar & Brasserie
Anyone would be forgiven for thinking Browns Bar & Brasserie was part of the University of Bristol establishment. You know – rich beyond comprehension and maybe a little pretentious, yet wonderfully grand and a great place to spend a few years of your life. It is one of those well-to-do, roomy, historic places, and just happens to serve the best Sunday lunch in town. It's also nice in the summer to sit outside with friends sharing cocktails, enjoying the sunshine and watching over the bustle of Bristol life. Just make sure someone else pays.
