The Eldon House

This old man pub has the delightful quality of being frequented by more than just old men (not that we have anything against the good chaps). A well-kept secret of Clifton, come here to get away from it all and have cosy chats or read a book from their bookshelf. If chilling out quietly isn't your thing then turn up on a Sunday for an intimate gig or a film screening. If you're extra lucky you might get them on a night when all the old folk are dancing on their chairs. A sight to behold. Oh, and feast your eyes on their menu which changes daily.
