St Nicholas Market
This gem of a market has been going since 1743 and there's life in the old dog yet, you'll be glad to hear. Seems that after 265 years a market can learn a thing or two about a thing or two. From trash to treasure, you can browse and be amazed for hours on end pop to the Pieminister stall where they'll give you a little cardboard box of pie, mash and gravy for less than a fiver, then on to any number of secondhand stores stocking things you'd never dream of paying a fiver for. Don't miss Wednesday's farmers market or the open air markets on Friday and Saturday.
