Lansdown

The light and airy Lansdown, with its comfortable chairs and stick-free tables has all the atmosphere of a cosy, traditional pub, but without being dingy. Good quality food and popular open mic poetry nights complete the living room feeling. Of course, it's actually way better than your own living room, which probably doesn't have such a well-stocked bar. The pub pulls a corker in the summer months when it hosts amazing barbecues to be enjoyed outside in the (heated) garden, making the Lansdown a handsdown best bet.
