Hobgoblin
It's what you'd call an old man's pub. Don't be put off by this. It does have the dark wood and old men, but that's what adds to the charm. It's the perfect place to come for a quiet drink on a Sunday evening, or alternatively, come when there's a footie match as this is when it comes into its own. Rammed full of people all clambering to see the match and complete with bacon sarnies for sale – it's the next best thing to being there.
