Blue Mountain
They call it the 'world famous' Blue Mountain club. Who exactly 'they' are remains to be seen, and 'Bristol famous' would possibly be overstating things somewhat. But if you haven't been to Blue Mountain and are of the dnb/breaks persuasion, make the trip. Venetian Snares, Rennie Pilgrim and Jon Kennedy have all popped up recently and the Christmas free parties offer lots of exciting music for very few pennies. There's even an open–air terrace if the dance floor gets a bit too much for you.

what a crap review that is, yeh the world famous is probably a bit tongue in cheek but its world famous because back in the day it was the only place in town you'd get people like Jurassic 5, DJ Shadow, Ozomatli & Cash Money playing at.. pretty damn famous that is!!
