Quartier Vert

It has to be said that Quartier Vert is one of the city's top ten eateries. Media types and 'people with taste' fight for tables every day of the week in this incredibly popular – and rightly so – tapas bar-cum-Fahri-wearing-posh-folks' restaurant. Choose between the pauper's quarters where you can sample the best tapas around, or the posh quarters and go ala carte. Enjoy the 'real' art on the walls, spot-lit bouquets, fine wines and charming, attentive staff. Expect top class, organic produce lovingly prepared and beautifully presented, such as the fantastic, saffron-infused paella for two which comes with lots of monkfish, chorizo and other juicy bits. Purist foodie heaven at special-occasion prices.
