Fishers
Established in 1995, Fishers has built up a great reputation for unusual dishes. The fresh fish and seafood is delivered daily from Billingsgate market in London and menus change daily to reflect the night's catch. The only constants seem to be oysters, Scottish salmon, Dover sole and the fact that whatever you choose is cooked to perfection.
