Cat and Wheel

The Cat and Wheel hosts the the longest running pub quiz in Bristol on a Thursday night and has a wide array of bands playing every Friday night from 9pm – free admission. With 6 TV screens, a projector and 42" plasma for showing as much live sport as they can– Prem Plus is a plus – this place is top for spending a Saturday afternoon. The biker/headbanger reputation of old has almost gone the way of the red paint, – the place had a massive refurb in 2003 including painting of the outside so it's no longer red, red red... – although they do welcome anyone that behaves themselves and can enjoy a lively atmosphere.
