When it started out this large converted warehouse was to be Bristol's super–club, and for a while it was the only place booking the superstar DJs, guaranteeing that it was rammed every night. Oh how things change. With the popularity of clubs like Creation and The Station, Lakota has slowly paled into obscurity and turned itself over to the hard house nights that, in Bristol, will always draw some sort of a crowd. In an attempt to regain their former prestige, they've recently refurbished – again – and opened up a third floor to this already huge club. Sadly, without the clubbers to fill it, it just seems emptier than ever. Shame really.
