We enjoy the proms but unfortunately it has to end on a night aptly named 'the last night of the proms'. Celebrations take place across the UK as, once again, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales host ambitious live events.

If you haven't got tickets to the event at Albert's place (Royal Albert Hall) then you can watch the event on a bunch of BBC Big Screens dotted around the UK...
