The lovely lady of Gower Cottage set up her own catering company, then realised that her brownies were so in demand that actually she could make a living solely from their moist, chocolatey goodness. And thus Gower Cottage Brownies was born. She's kept it simple - you choose your pud from only a few options. If you don't count the gluten free and dairy free versions, it's a case of nuts versus no nuts. We say try them all.
