Movember in full swing

As men across the UK grow their upper-lip appendages in a variety of possible fashions we now begin to look forward to the end of month celebrations...

'Movember', the charity initiative that aims to change the face of men's health is currently in full flow, involving men, or 'Mo Bros', with support from 'Mo Sistas', raising money for The Prostate Cancer Charity by growing moustaches.

Last year, its first in the UK, more than 28,000 individual donations were made, raising over £1 million for the charity in just one month.

This year Movember is even bigger and better as the moustachioed army expands across the UK. Gala parties, which provide an arena for Mo Bros to proudly parade their Mo's together and win prizes, will take place in Edinburgh, Cornwall and London. Attendees will be 'dressed to compliment their Mo' and awards such as Best Mo and the Lame-Mo are handed out to individuals and teams.

You can either buy tickets for £15, or if you've raised over £80 for Movember, you get in free.

For all those taking part this year, Mo's Emporium, the world's first barber shop in aid of Movember, situated in the heart of central London at 13A Charlotte Street the Emporium, will be offering free grooming for all Movember mo growers during the month.
