Are you as hot in the kitchen as Gordon Ramsey's temper? Are you as passionate about cooking as Jamie is about school dinners? If you're already salivating, then Itchy may well have something tasty for you...

ITV are looking for talented chefs - or should that be willing victims? - to participate in their new show Taste the Nation. If you're a dab hand in the kitchen, you could be representing your county and battling it out with other hopefuls to see your area come up trumps in the food steaks.

Not only that, but you'll be getting training from the the creme de la creme of the catering industry. If you think you can handle the pressure, that is...

They'll need to know your name, your county, and your daytime contact number. Filming is happening from November 2008 to February 2009, so you'll have to be available for a few days filming during that time. Good luck!
