If Tim Burton took Cirque de Soleil round the back of the Chocolate Factory and
performed the sacred act of love with them all, the resulting progeny would go on to produce the Bristol Do on 25th and 26th September.
We cannot be certain that these are, in fact, the roots of this hot-hot street and circus festival, but they might as well be, so let's say they are. It's free, it's in Portland Square, and it includes
Motionhouse dance: a troupe of acrobatic ex-street children from Columbia, gorillas, kangaroos, and aerial circus shows.
If all you want is a crazy menagerie of
